• Provide accurate business details, ID proof and bank details
• Sell only genuine and legally permitted products
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

We reserve the right to approve, reject or suspend any seller account.

Seller is solely responsible for:

• Product quality
• Product safety
• Legal compliance

Seller agrees that:

• All product details must be accurate and truthful
• Images must represent the real product
• No counterfeit, illegal, expired or prohibited products allowed
• Prices must be fair and transparent
• The product you upload must be in stock.

Platform may remove any listing without prior notice.

When seller receives an order:

• Seller must keep the product ready for pickup within agreed timeline
• Wrong, fake or unavailable stock is strictly prohibited
• Repeated order cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension

My Ahmedabad handles last-mile delivery.

Seller must:

• Hand over the parcel to delivery partner on time
• Ensure product matches order details

Seller is liable for damages caused due to poor packaging or wrong item dispatch.

Platform will charge a commission on every successful order.

Commission includes:

• Platform usage
• Marketing exposure
• Payment handling
• Delivery management

Commission rate may be revised with prior notice.

Seller payments will be settled periodically after:

• Successful delivery confirmation
• Deduction of commission and applicable charges
• Adjustment of returns/refunds if any

Platform reserves the right to hold settlements in case of disputes or fraud suspicion.

Seller agrees to accept returns in case of:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged item
• Defective product

Refund amount will be deducted from seller settlement.

Seller account may be suspended or terminated for:

• Fake orders or fraud
• Poor service or repeated cancellations
• Selling prohibited products
• Misuse of platform

Serious violations may lead to permanent ban or legal action.

Seller grants platform permission to use:

• Product images
• Brand name
• Store details

For marketing, promotions and advertising.

Platform is not liable for:

• Product defects
• Seller disputes with customers
• Legal compliance of seller business

Seller agrees to indemnify the platform from any legal claims arising from their products.

Seller may deactivate account anytime.

Platform may suspend or terminate access without notice in case of policy violation.

By registering and listing products, Seller confirms they have read and agreed to this Agreement.
